I would suggest to anyone reading this to take heed.they will screw you and not care.the management wh runs this outfit is clearly less than adequate and for someone who is about customer service/promotion/etc., they suck. Have been there for many events and have never had an issue until this one. I have been going to the Tacoma Dome since high school football in the 80's. He stated no refund.you had to go to the box office by "8 pm, no 6 pm Sunday only for a refund." None of this information was communicated to us.and said it is two days after the show.all the money is gone. He gave me an name to supposedly the event coordinator.name John Mclease.spelling unsure of.who called me on tuesday. I asked to speak to a manager but got another story. i called on Monday and was told by a lady who supposedly works for the tacoma dome, but she also answered the box office phone number stating no refund. By 4"45 I came to a point i could get out from the traffic and we left. She stated "we would be eligible for a refund" and transferred us to the box office, but no one answered and I left a message. A lady answered and we were told the show started at 3:25 pm. We finally made the exit andI decided to call the Tacoma dome number. It was well after 4 pm and we still were stuck on I5. Exit 133 was gridlocked, and we were stuck in the right lane just outside of Fife. The day of the show we attempt to make it to the Tacoma Dome only to be left stuck in traffic on I5. We drove up from Tri-Cities WA and rented a hotel room. My wife and I bought tickets to the 2018 TSO show for our 3 year anniversary. I would avoid this venue for concerts until they address this problem. Very frustrating and can not get anyone to listen to my concern. I had already bought tickets so was forced into this floor area and not able to see the stage at all. They defiantly did not get any input from handicap persons. It is almost like in designing the new dome handicap seating was a last min add in. My sister waited 45 mins for them to get someone to okay parking the chair near seats. If you buy tickets else where and get out of chair to walk to seat they have no where to put your chair. It is very uncomfortable having people standing all around you crowding you in. Patrons are standing so you can not see above or around them. If you are in a wheelchair you can not see anything being on the floor. They have moved this seating to the floor. Where before you were slightly raised so you could comfortably see the whole stage. Handicap Persons Beware: The Tacoma dome has been redone and with the new seating they have moved the handicap accessible seating.
